HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

  • Orders take about 5-7 business days to be processed.

 

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

  • Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone. All orders must be placed directly through our website.

HOW DO I DECIDE WHAT SIZE I CHOOSE?

  • Please refer to our size chart located on each item page.

 

DOES SHIPPING/DELIVERY REALLY TAKE7-10 BUSINESS DAYS? WHAT IF I WANT MY ORDER SOONER?

  • USPS time frame for delivery in Los Angeles or California is approximately 2 business days, but we DO NOT guarantee 2-DAY delivery.
  • USPS time frame for delivery in the United States is approximately 4 business days, but we DO NOT guarantee earlier delivery beyond 7-10 business days.

 

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT OR GET A REFUND?

  • Please see our Return Policy for information on returns and refunds.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSES? HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE A CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT?

  • For all returns, please email us at info@unekform.com to receive an RMA form & to receive an authorization for return. You will receive an email on the status of your return once we have received your filled-out RMA form.
  • Please allow 3-10 business days from the time you receive your conformation email for the credit to be applied to your bank account.

 

DO YOU HAVE OVER NIGHT OR EXPRESS SHIPPING?

  • Yes, we offer Express Shipping, which ships your order next business day to most major locations.

 

BUT IS THAT FROM THE DATE I PLACE MY ORDER OR FROM THE DATE I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

  • From the date you receive your package, please keep in mind that all accessories, intimates & bodysuits are final sale.

  • We ship our packages via USPS.

  • Orders places with a discount code and or sale items are final sale and con not be returned.
  • Orders placed with a promo code are eligible for return. Please keep in mind. item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed & should have all tags attached

 

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

  • You have 5 business days to exchange. You must have all tags attached & proof of purchase, this excludes accessories, intimates & bodysuits which are all final sale.
